My question is, what is the normal timeline that people have been experiencing? Of course in my letter it states that the average time is 125 days for an HLR, but is that actually accurate? When I know for me my upcoming review in July is going to remain 100% or I state on my appeal that my claim being backdated to 2013 puts the review outside the VA's own time limits and therefore cannot rate me lower bc they are not abiding by their own rules.
